How do I book?

To proceed with a tour and car rental booking please follow few steps below and click on the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of your quote and submit a booking form. Once we receive this your request will be processed. Or kindly make a call to our main office at 088-234607.

Step 1:

Kindly view our list of available car rental and tour packages. When you have selected the packages or the type of car you like, just click on the “Book Now” button displayed on all tour packages and car rental pages.

Step 2:

When you are ready to book, simply click on the “Submit” button and you will be asked for your contact information. After fill in all the required information, you may choose either by using booking form or PayPal for your payment method.

Step 3:

Once we receive your booking, we will confirm the availability of your reservation within 24 hours during Malaysian business day.

Step 4:

After confirmation of reservation has been made, a receipt & final itinerary will be emailed to you.

What time are your operating hours?

Our standard operating office hours are as below:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 – 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30 – 4:00pm

Closed on Public Holidays

Are the tour packages and car rental always available?

Your booking requests are automatically sent (24 hours a day) to our staff for confirmation. Final Confirmations on booking requests are generally within 24 hours (up to 48 hours over weekends) Until you have received a confirmation of your booking, it is on a request basis and your payment will not be processed until final confirmations are received. All KK Leisure tour & rent a car tour packages are conducted daily even during weekends and public holidays unless it is fully booked. If you wish to have customized or private tours, please kindly book early to avoid disappointment.

What car do you offer?

KK Leisure Tour & rent a car SDN BHD offer many types of car that are mini car, intermediate, sedan, van & couch, MPV and also chauffeurs services. All cars have both transmissions either manual or automatic.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will only be charged if the booking has been confirmed exactly as quoted. If we are unable to confirm your booking as quoted, you will not be charged.

What if I do not have a credit card?

Contact our responsible staff via email or telephone call and you will be advised on other payment options. We offer multiple payment options such as PayPal and cash.

What if I need to cancel or amend my booking?

If you want to cancel any bookings please kindly let us know and read our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Do you offer discount if we want to book for tour packages and car rental?

Yes, we offer discount for tour packages according to the number of people that will join the tour and also discount for car rental based on how many days you are renting the car.

What if I want to book both tour packages and car rental?

You can only book one service at one time. If you want to combine both invoice, you may contact us through email at [email protected]

Are those prices including tax?

Our entire products price excluded tax. The tax will be added to your total payment required.

Does late-return of car fees apply?

Yes, late return of car will be charge by how many hours late.

Does the cost of the car rental include the fuel?

Fuel is not included in the rental rates (upon request).
