We at KK Leisure Tour & Rent A car provide internship programme for students from local academic institution that taking Tourism, hospitality and any related courses. We provide such programme because we believe that the students should be exposed to real working environment in order to make them a better human assets once they join the labour market. Internship at KK Leisure Tour & Rent A Car will enable the students to experience real working environment especially in the tourism service industry. They will be exposed to communicate with foreign and local tourist, doing documentation and tour arrangement, learn to create tour packages that suitable to meet the current tourist trend, marketing, develop web and sales. They will also involve in doing survey and gathering feedback from our clients and use the information that they have gathered to propose better solution in improving our customer satisfaction and service quality.
Thus we hope from this internship programme we can help the students to break free from their shy and unconfident nature to become a more proactive individual with high self- esteem.

Web Developer
Description:
Assist the sales & marketing team in conceptualizing new ideas and provide design and writing for advertisement, press release, product packaging, brochures, flyers and other marketing materials
Develop creative content for the website including creative writing, designing banner ads, landing pages, vehicle wraps, pop-up tents, and various sales & promotional materials.
Ensure timely delivery of design, artwork and strict adherence to work schedule
Requirement:
Minimum 2-3 years of actual experience required
Must be good at English spoken and writing skills

Job Responsibility:
Plan, coordinate and analyze regional marketing initiatives for all business units across all online and offline marketing channels.
Plan, manage and execute all email marketing campaigns and initiate ways to support the growth requirements for the email database and utilize analytics to monitor, test and optimize all e-marketing activity

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To ensure validity of the various licenses, certificates, insurance policies and motor vehicles road tax for all company.
-Responsible for the arrangements of required permits, bonds, insurance and any other regulatory requirements pertaining to jobs awarded to company.
-To provide secretarial support for managing director, finance & administration director, sales & operation manager.
-Responsible for keeping proper records for the human resources affairs of the company.
-Maintenance of proper office management system.
-Recording of daily worker’s attendance, work location and newly recruited workers information and assisting workers in the application of necessary work permits.

-Oversee all the accounting functions of the company.

ACCOUNT CUM CREDIT CONTROLLER ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Processing and keep track all of incoming receipts.
-Keying in and updating transactions into company’s accounting software on a timely basis in keeping supporting documents for all transactions in a proper manner and ensure traceability.
-Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, suppliers, and customers’ reconciliation. Checking and sending out of customer’s statement of accounts on a regular basis.
-Proactively manage debt collection on assigned portfolio of accounts.
-Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and accounts records.
-To undertake any other duties that may be assigned or directed by superior from time to time.
SALES AND OPERATIONS MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Reports to managing director at defined intervals and work progress.
-Maintain effective and timely scheduling of operations teammates, current week and following week schedules should always be posted with a working copy available by request for the next week.
-Be responsible for compliance and knowledge with Federal Department of Transportation regulations and other safety standards. Maintain fleet in a safe manner in accordance with the company and governmental standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for the recording and filling of the company’s correspondences and documents.
-Performing front desk duties such as receiving phone calls and greeting visitors.
-Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
-Promoting and recommending various travel destinations.
-Make all travel arrangements including hotel bookings, rental cars, limos, private and commercial airline.
-Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels to manage bookings and schedules.
-Troubleshoot any logistical issues.
SALES ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
